We have been in our Highland Home for six months and we are so pleased with our new home.  Highland Homes was very easy to work with - from our salesperson, Chuck, to the project management team. They kept us informed and patiently answered all our questions. My husband and I worked with Highland Homes in Terra Bella Village to build our semi custom home. The entire process, from lot selection to modifying the floor plan, building the home with our personal selections and communicating with the team through the builder trend portal was easy, transparent and efficient. We just closed on our new custom house designed by Highland Homes! It was an absolute joy working with Chuck Schiller. Start to finish everything was a seamless process (picking the lot, planning, designing the home, using the amazing portal system, the actual construction of the home, the  closing day) It could have not gone more perfectly!!! We just moved into our new home that was built by Highland Homes. The house is absolutely beautiful and the whole building process from start to finish was seamless. Every person that we worked with were professional, helpful, supportive and answered any questions we had. Thanks so much to Chuck, Brady and Chad for delivering such an outstanding property. We just closed on our beautiful Highland Home, today. The home is so well built with attention to detail on every aspect of the home. The inside is so clean and nice and the outside is beautiful. From  my first visit to finalizing my sale Highland Homes was there every step of the way.   This would not have been  possible without their professionalism and knowledge from start to finish.  Their team was always there to answer any of my questions or concerns.  I could not be happier with my home and have to say the quality of the workmanship exceeded my expectations. I have now lived in my Highland Home for four months, and I have been very pleased with the house. I have had very few issues since I moved in and they have all been dealt with quickly and efficiently. Everyone who has seen the house has been impressed with the quality of the work. All the people from Highland Homes that I've worked with have been most knowledgeable and helpful throughout the building process. We cannot say enough wonderful things about the Highland Homes Team. Since Day 1, working with Chuck Schiller had been terrific. His knowledge about every step was very helpful to my family. Rhonda and Jules were always available to answer any questions or concerns about anything along the way. Also, the cleanliness of the sites during the all of the construction phases…WOW, immaculate. We love our new Highland Home. From start to finish, the folks at Highland did exactly what they said they'd do: removed the guesswork, made it simple and easy, and kept us very informed every step of the way. Their Buildertrend software made it easy to track progress, monitor the subcontractor schedule, and approve our selections. There were few hiccups along the way, but when one did occur (our fault, not theirs) Highland was responsive and quick to find a solution. Chuck is a true gem, and a significant portion of the reason we chose Highland as our builder. Michelle’s knowledge of every aspect of the business, her eye for design, and her attention to detail were invaluable. We wanted to downsize from a larger home, and the first time we toured the model of a cottage by Highland Homes in Terra Bella Village, we knew it was what we wanted.  1819 sq. ft with a beautiful design and superb "fit and finish", the Camellia model was just right.  We bought the model!  The sales person, Chuck Shiller, the construction manager, Jack, and the whole team were excellent, responsive, friendly and very professional.  The home inspector before we closed found only 3 very small details, nothing more.  The home is so well built and Highland Homes reputation as a quality, honest builder is well known. Jules, Rhonda and their team made building my home in Terra Bella from 1200 miles away a breeze. Chuck Schiller was my first contact at the model home and he is a gem. Michelle was easy to work with, and Jack always took my (several) phone calls. I appreciate, too, the very generous “payment plan” Highland uses, as it gave me ample time to sell my home in Maryland. We highly recommend Highland Homes led by Jules and Rhonda Guidry.  Since we were living in another city at the time of the build, it was very convenient to access a program that they use and share with the client called "Builders Trend".  At any point we could login to our account and see the weekly activity on our build.  The house was finished when they said it would be.  They are fast and efficient!
